Haven Hills Estate sits on nearly 40 acres of rolling countryside in Jamestown, Indiana, with mature trees, a creek, a willow tree and open meadow. At its center is the Wedding Barn: a white, climate-controlled barn of 6,000+ square feet for up to 300 guests, indoors or out.

The property was designed to host weddings, so everything you need is on site: ceremony sites inside and out, a reception hall, getting-ready suites, a bar, lodging at Hilltop Manor, and the Fieldhouse for the groom. Nobody has to leave the property all day.

01 The reception hall

Wood Beams, Chandeliers and Room for 300

The hall is a clean, open space under warm timber beams, chandeliers and string lights, easy to make your own. Our team sets your tables, chairs, linens, runners and napkins in your colors before you arrive, and you are welcome to use our handcrafted wooden tables and whiskey barrels.

02 Ceremony sites

Indoors or Out, Rain or Shine

Walk down an aisle of white chairs to the wooden pergola in the field, marry on the lawn behind the barn, or use the back deck as your altar. When the weather turns, the indoor ceremony space in front of the draped barn doors is ready, and it's included with every rental.

03 Getting ready

Private Suites for the Bride and Groom

Both suites are upstairs in the barn, each with a TV and a walk-out balcony, and a shared lounge keeps parents and grandparents comfortable before the ceremony. Photographers love the suites for getting-ready photos, and you can order drinks from our bar to enjoy while you get ready.

04 The bar

A Full-Service Bar, Licensed In-House

Haven Hills holds a 3-way beer, wine and liquor license, the same as a restaurant, so all bar service is booked with us and you never buy or haul alcohol yourself. Choose a package or build a custom bar.

About the Property

How many guests can Haven Hills hold?
Up to 300 guests for a seated event, indoors or outdoors. The venue is more than 6,000 square feet on nearly 40 acres, with mature trees, a creek, and room for an outdoor dance party, yard games and a sparkler exit.
Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony sites?
Yes. There are several outdoor ceremony sites, including the pergola in the field and the back deck of the barn, and a fully climate-controlled indoor ceremony space. All are included with your rental, so rain never cancels a ceremony.
Is the venue climate controlled?
Yes. The barn has heat and air conditioning, and our staff keeps it comfortable all day, which sometimes means heat in the morning and air by the afternoon.
Where does the wedding party get ready?
The bride and groom each have a private suite on the barn's second floor, with a TV, a walk-out balcony and other comforts, plus a common lounge for parents and grandparents with sofas, a TV and a refrigerator. The Fieldhouse adds a Groom's Lounge, a golf simulator room and a sports court for the guys.
Is there parking, and is the venue accessible?
Yes. There is free white stone parking close to the barn and a blacktop area reserved for elderly and handicapped guests. Both the men's and women's restrooms have an oversized accessible stall, and a golf cart is available for the bride and for guests who need a ride.
When can we arrive, and when does the night end?
Access begins between 7 to 9 am, depending on your package, and your layout, linens, runners and napkins are already set when you arrive. Music and guest departure end by 11 pm unless you reserve extra time, and you have one more hour to gather your belongings and decor.
