Every booking includes full-day use of the barn and grounds, indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, the upstairs bride's and groom's suites, 300 padded indoor and 300 outdoor chairs, round and banquet tables, and linens, runners and napkins in your color. We set your tables, chairs and linens to your floor plan before you arrive, and the booking includes a 60-minute rehearsal.

No, but we require one. You can hire your own experienced coordinator or book one of ours for $650, which includes running your rehearsal. Our staff is on site from your arrival to your departure either way.

Yes. The Hilltop Manor, a 6,000+ square foot estate home on the property, sleeps up to 20 guests and has an in-ground pool, a movie theater, a game room and a full kitchen. It is an add-on to any wedding booking at $1,900 per night.

Where is Haven Hills Estate?
Haven Hills Estate is in Jamestown, Indiana, 1.5 miles north of I-74 on State Road 75. It is about 10 to 15 miles from Lebanon, Brownsburg and Whitestown, and about 40 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.
How many guests can Haven Hills hold?
Up to 300 guests for a seated event, indoors or outdoors. The venue is more than 6,000 square feet on nearly 40 acres, with mature trees, a creek, and room for an outdoor dance party, yard games and a sparkler exit.
Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony sites?
Yes. There are several outdoor ceremony sites, including the pergola in the field and the back deck of the barn, and a fully climate-controlled indoor ceremony space. All are included with your rental, so rain never cancels a ceremony.
Is the venue climate controlled?
Yes. The barn has heat and air conditioning, and our staff keeps it comfortable all day, which sometimes means heat in the morning and air by the afternoon.
When can we arrive, and when does the night end?
Access begins between 7 to 9 am, depending on your package, and your layout, linens, runners and napkins are already set when you arrive. Music and guest departure end by 11 pm unless you reserve extra time, and you have one more hour to gather your belongings and decor.
Where does the wedding party get ready?
The bride and groom each have a private suite on the barn's second floor, with a TV, a walk-out balcony and other comforts, plus a common lounge for parents and grandparents with sofas, a TV and a refrigerator. The Fieldhouse adds a Groom's Lounge, a golf simulator room and a sports court for the guys.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Haven Hills has an open vendor policy. We also share a list of preferred vendors we have worked with for years and stand behind, from caterers to photographers, florists, bakers and officiants.
What is your alcohol policy?
Haven Hills holds a 3-way beer, wine and liquor license in Indiana, so legally no outside alcohol can be brought onto the property. All bar service is booked through us, with several packages and custom options, and you can order drinks to enjoy in the suites while you get ready.
Is there parking, and is the venue accessible?
Yes. There is free white stone parking close to the barn and a blacktop area reserved for elderly and handicapped guests. Both the men's and women's restrooms have an oversized accessible stall, and a golf cart is available for the bride and for guests who need a ride.
Do you require a damage deposit?
Yes, $500, by credit card authorization or check. We only process it if damage occurs; otherwise the form or check is shredded.
Are deposits refundable?
No, deposits are non-refundable. Our force majeure clause protects your investment if unavoidable, unforeseen events prevent the wedding.
How do rehearsals work?
Every booking includes a 60-minute on-site rehearsal. Saturday couples get first choice of time. Depending on the season, rehearsals are the evening before, the morning of, or occasionally two days before the wedding.
Can we do a photo session at Haven Hills?
Yes. A two-hour session with your own photographer is $300, and it is included at no charge for couples booked with us.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, on a leash or in a crate, except while they are in your photos or the ceremony.
Do we need to hire security?
