Haven Hills Estate is a wedding and reception venue on 40 private acres in Jamestown, Indiana, 1.5 miles north of I-74 and about 40 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. A 6,000+ square-foot white barn holds up to 300 guests, with indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, a willow tree and a field pergola, and a full-service bar under our own liquor license.
Three buildings make it one experience: the Wedding Barn for your ceremony and reception, Hilltop Manor for overnight stays, and the new Fieldhouse for the groom and his party. Venue rental runs $4,900 to $8,900, with tables, chairs, linens and setup included.

02 The Wedding Barn
Ceremony and Reception Under One Roof
Warm wood beams, chandeliers and string lights over a white barn hall, with sliding barn doors for an indoor ceremony and a back deck that opens onto the lawn. Upstairs, the bride and groom each have a private suite with a walk-out balcony, and parents get their own lounge.

03 Outdoor ceremonies
The Pergola, the Willow, or the Back Deck
Say your vows at the wooden pergola looking over the fields, on the lawn behind the barn, or on the back deck. Couples and photographers come back to the willow tree and the tall-grass meadow for portraits, and there is room for an outdoor dance party, yard games and a sparkler exit.

04 New: The Fieldhouse
A Golf Simulator and Indoor Court for the Groom
Our new Fieldhouse has a Groom's Lounge for getting dressed, included with every wedding, plus The Back Nine golf simulator room with a lounge and wet bar, and The Sports Court for pickleball and basketball. Add one space for $1,500 or both for $2,000.

How much does a wedding at Haven Hills Estate cost?
Venue rental at Haven Hills Estate runs $4,900 to $8,900, depending on the day, the season and the package. A peak-season Saturday (April through November) is $7,900 for the Standard Venue Rental or $8,900 with full design and decoration by our team. Off-season Saturdays (December through March) are $6,900 and $7,900. Weekdays, Fridays and Sundays cost less.

Yes. There are several outdoor ceremony sites, including the pergola in the field and the back deck of the barn, and a fully climate-controlled indoor ceremony space. All are included with your rental, so rain never cancels a ceremony.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Haven Hills has an open vendor policy. We also share a list of preferred vendors we have worked with for years and stand behind, from caterers to photographers, florists, bakers and officiants.
